The national low-emission venue directory

Join the venues leading the way to 2030.

We measure your property's carbon footprint from records you already keep and put you on the national NZCE-aligned map of low-emission venues, for less than the cost of one employee.

Built for hotels, resorts, conference centers, and multi-property operators.

Why now

The booking you lose won't announce itself.

Sustainability questions are now standard in event RFPs: energy use, waste diversion, carbon per attendee. 42 percent of meeting planners always or usually include them. Most venues cannot answer, and quietly lose the booking to one that can.

Every event your corporate clients host lands in their Scope 3. California's SB 253 requires companies above $1 billion in revenue to report Scope 1 and 2 by November 2026, with Scope 3 following in 2027. The EU's CSRD runs in parallel. It is not your filing, it is your data, and they cannot file without it.

The good news: you're already doing most of this. It just isn't counted. The standard doesn't ask you to invent anything. It asks you to measure what a well-run property already does by habit: reuse instead of rebuild, source locally, lean on a tight network of repeat partners. Every number a planner asks for already sits in your utility statements, hauler invoices, and event orders.

We put it on the record and get you the credit.

What changes once you're measured

A verified footprint you can hand a planner the day they ask.
  • RFPs answered
Sustainability sections filled in with real numbers instead of skipped.
  • Documentation ready
Evidence on file for compliance, brand standards, and corporate clients.
  • Lower operating cost
Energy, water, and waste savings found in the very same data.

An outsourced sustainability office.

The function itself, run for you, without a hire, a system, or a line item you have to defend. Monthly measurement, regulatory tracking, certification management, and RFP answering, all from one source.

Verified carbon footprint

Scopes 1–3 built from your existing utility, hauler, and supplier records. Audit-defensible, not estimated.

A place in the national network

A verified profile on the U.S. map of low-emission venues, in front of the planners and corporate buyers who screen for it.

Regulatory + RFP readiness

SB 253/261, CSRD, CDP, and SBTi tracked for you. Every sustainability questionnaire answered with real numbers.

Certification, if you want it

Not required to join. But when you want the program independently validated, we run the gap analysis to EIC Gold and carry the audit.

12-month engagement, month-to-month after. Results compound instead of resetting every quarter, and every level costs less than an employee.

Measure. List. Lead the way to 2030 and beyond.

A managed service on a monthly cadence, not another internal project. It starts with one thing: your baseline.

01

Set your baseline

We build your property's carbon footprint from records you already keep — energy, gas, water, waste, procurement — benchmarked through ENERGY STAR and audit-ready to the EIC standard, CDP, and SB 253 from one source. Every reduction after this is measured against it.

02

Take your place on the map

Your verified profile goes into the national NZCE-aligned network of low-emission venues, where planners and corporate clients browse when sourcing. Being listed is being shortlisted.

03

Lead the way to 2030 and beyond

Every month we refresh the numbers, track what the regulators change, sequence the reductions that move you toward the 2030 target, and answer the sustainability questions that arrive with an RFP. If you later want the program independently validated, EIC certification is there when you want it, managed end to end.

Single property or entire portfolio.

Whether you run one boutique hotel or a group of properties, the same system applies. Multi-property operators get a unified view without multiplying internal workload.

Who runs it

Twenty years on venues and events.

Green Analytics is led by Ryan Green, who spent fifteen years on venues and events inside some of the largest operations in the country, first as Sustainable Events Manager for the Venetian | Palazzo | Sands Expo campus at the center of the Las Vegas Strip, later in national sustainability and operations roles with Freeman and GES. His client work spans Fortune 500 corporate meetings, large-scale tradeshows, and association conferences, the same formats venues host today.

Outside the convention floor, Ryan is a Community Hero award recipient from Three Square Food Bank, one of the largest in the country, for developing a food rescue program that has resulted in millions of surplus event meals being donated to local shelters.

Prove that your venue can operate at zero emissions, and grow because of it.

Learn exactly where your emissions are generated. Map the full scope of your supply chain. Understand how your energy is sourced and where the reductions live. Then use that knowledge to help your clients meet their own sustainability goals, proving that an event and its host venue can thrive without hurting the environment.

Set your baseline. Take your place on the map.

The directory is open to any property willing to measure. Start with the overview, or book twenty minutes and we'll walk through what the process looks like for your property.
